Healing trauma: How do you handle grief when tragic events occur?

When tragic events happen, how do you handle the grief (and trauma and shock and anger and sense of helplessness…) so you can heal and move on with your life?

If you’ve been working on healing from tragic events but can’t seem to let what happened go…

If no amount of meditating, journaling, praying, EFT tapping, Ho’oponopono, or therapeutic guidance has succeeded in freeing you from the pain…

Maybe you keep seeking different, new techniques hoping that one will be the way to your peace.

Yet, no matter what you do, you are still suffering, unable to forgive or forget what happened.

When we don’t know how to let go, forgive and move on, make peace with what’s happened, we get stuck there.

There are a lot of different trauma therapies and forgiveness techniques out there, including journaling, writing and/or burning letters in a ritual of release, or tearing them up and flushing them down the toilet.

Some techniques work better than others, and some, meh, not so helpful.

Some just make things worse.

Healing trauma takes time and effort

I’ve worked with clients who have been in therapy for years but still haven’t made much progress at all.

I even read a technique recently that uses microcurrents to stimulate areas of the brain (that’s right, shock therapy! OMG.

Please don’t do that, it’s barbaric and totally unnecessary… I promise there’s a much easier, faster, more effective way). 🙂

What I’ve discovered – and what I taught in a LIVE Masterclass – is a highly effective 12D energy detachment exercise that literally releases this kind of life-energy draining trauma so the pain goes away.
