Whitelist

Here is how to Whitelist in some of the more popular email software programs:

Outlook (2003 or higher)

  1. Open the email.
  2. Right-click the sender’s email address.
  3. Click Add to contacts.
  4. Click Save and close.

Outlook 2003 – Safe Senders List

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail.
  3. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
  4. In the Add address, type [email protected]
  5. Click OK.

Outlook Express (version 6 or higher)

  1. Open the email.
  2. Left-click the sender icon, or right click the sender’s name.
  3. Click Add to contacts.
  4. Click Save and close

Entourage

  1. Open the email.
  2. Right-click the sender’s email address.
  3. Select Add to address book from the menu.
  4. Verify the sender’s contact details.
  5. Click Save.

MacMail

  1. Open the email.
  2. Ctrl-click the sender’s email address and select Open in the address book.
  3. Verify the sender’s contact information.
  4. Open your Yahoo mailbox.
  5. Click Mail Options
  6. Click Filters.
  7. Next, click Add Filter.
  8. in Filter Name box type Self Employed Success
  9. In the top row, labeled “From header,” make sure contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
  10. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter [email protected]
  11. At the bottom, where it says ‘Move the message to:’, select ‘Inbox’ from the pull-down menu.
  12. Click the Add Filter button again.

Gmail

  1. Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. In the primary email address box, type [email protected]
  4. Click Save.

Hotmail

  1. Click the Options link.
  2. Click the Mail link
  3. Click on Junk E-Mail Protection
  4. Click on Junk E-Mail Filter
  5. From the selection list, choose your Junk E-Mail Filter level (select either ‘Low’, or ‘Enhanced’) and click the OK button
  6. Click on Safe List
  7. In “Type a single e-mail address (or domain),” type [email protected]
  8. Click Add button.

MSN

  1. Click Help & Settings
  2. Click Email Settings
  3. Click on Safe List
  4. In Add an item to this list, enter [email protected]
  5. Click Add

AOL ( version 9.0  or higher)

  1. Click the Mail menu and select Address Book.
  2. In the pop up box, click the Add button.
  3. In the “Other E-Mail” field, type [email protected].
  4. Make our From address the “Primary E-Mail” address by checking the associated check box.
  5. Click the Save button.

Norton AntiSpam

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click Add Address.
  3. Verify the sender’s contact information.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Start up Norton AntiSpam
  6. Click the Status & Settings tab
  7. Click AntiSpam
  8. Click Configure
  9. Click Allowed List tab
  10. Click Add button
  11. In the ‘Email Address’ box, enter [email protected]
  12. Click OK
  13. Click OK

McAfee Spamkiller

  1. Click the Friends tab
  2. Click Email Address tab
  3. Click the Down Arrow to view your Personal Friends List
  4. Along the Right Side choose Add A Friend
  5. In the Address box, enter [email protected]
  6. Click Save.
