Practice Energy Field Healing every day if you want to be healthy and happy.
Just like brushing your teeth every day, taking time to clean and heal your energy field improves your health and well-being.
And it’s critically important if you are an animal communicator or healer.
That’s especially true if one of your intuitive abilities is clairsentience, because you can easily take other being’s pain, wounds, and dark energy into your own body and energy field.
Learning how to release energies that aren’t yours, to clear them out of your space, will stop them from draining you and your vital life force.
It’s easy to attach energetically to things around us that are draining.
Have you ever been scrolling through Facebook and saw something that angered you or upset you or pulled your attention into a sad or frustrated place?
Heard a story of abuse?
Animal abuse gets me every time!
Or, maybe you got in an argument and felt judged or rejected or betrayed? Like nobody is listening to you?
Oops. You just got triggered and attached to the funky energy shyte which is now dragging you down the rabbit hole into depression, doom and gloom.
There are tons of ways to attach or be triggered!
Here’s a few more examples of how it feels when you’ve been triggered.
You’re listening to a friend moan about their aches and pains, or express their anger or fears or anxiety, and now you’re feeling upset or achy too?
You just attached.
Watching TV, the news, sports, watching a movie or reading a book or even just being in a crowd of people.
Highly sensitive folks know this, it’s why we don’t like being in crowds because it feels so overwhelming and draining.
Now you know why.
Then those nasty funky dark energy leeches starts hanging out in your field like dust bunnies under the bed, and your energy starts draining, your life implodes, your health suffers.
What happened is you’ve been slimed energetically, and are now aligning with a darker, negative energy mode with energy leaks all over the place.
Your Soul essence spirit balloon is weakening and deflating. Soon it’ll just be a sad little lump of limp balloon laying on the ground, and nobody wants that. Including you and your animal.
What can you do to clear your energy field?
The short answer is to DETACH and heal your energy field so you can get the funky shyte out of your field AND keep it out.
How do you DETACH, shift and rebalance your energy quickly?
And even more important, how do you stop negative dark energies from messing up your life, ruining your health, relationships, and well-being?
It’s important to let go of (detach) from things that don’t serve you anymore.
Things that are not yours, energies that you’ve allowed to drain and weaken you.
Think of these things like bricks that weigh you down, keeping your energy vibrations low and weak, making you feel powerless and even helpless, depressed, even suicidal.
Like a dirty car, you need to do some car cleaning maintenance.
And like a newly washed, clean car, it won’t stay that way forever.
Life happens; things – including you and your own Soul – need ongoing self care.
So when it gets dirty again, clean it up again.
The fresher and cleaner your energy field is, the better everything is.
The faster you do that, the better you feel, the stronger you are.
