My client Trudy suffered from heavy menstrual pain and bleeding.
It was a terrible experience every month.
She felt so afraid, like there was something wrong with her and she was going to die.

When I tuned in, I immediately felt the shift to a past life, one where she was a woman hemorrhaging to death after a miscarriage.
She died in that lifetime; it was painful and terrifying, and very sad.
She’d felt she had no value except for the babies she could deliver, so her self-worth was tied up in the trauma drama, too.
And all that angst and unresolved pain was carried forward into her current lifetime, because these things are connected to our Soul.
Past Lives are part of your Soul’s Journey.
When I told her what my intuitive guidance was showing me, she responded with tears but also with clarity and strength.
It resonated strongly for her.
She finally felt validated because she had suffered from a terror of dying in childbirth all her life.
As we discussed what happened, and I gently guided her to heal so she could let go, she felt at peace for the first time that she could remember.
And the excessive bleeding stopped.

How do Past Lives work with animals?
Max, a cat I worked with who was skittish and in poor health.
He had only ever been well cared for; he ate great food, good vet care, and had always been treated with kindness his whole life.
So where did his fearful behavior and health problems come from?
Why was he suffering and in such poor health, never thriving?
When I talked with Max, he told me about ongoing nightmares where he was lost, in danger of his life every day, and was terribly sick from drinking nasty water and starving to death.
It turned out that the nightmares were connected to a past life in war torn Germany.
War had come quickly out of the blue, with no warning.
He explained that one day, he heard odd sounds he’d never heard before… and then all hell broke loose.
The only person who’d shown him kindness had been killed.
He’d seen it happen and was deeply traumatized.
Something heavy flying through the air hit his body.
The air was bad to breathe and made him sick.
That lifetime was very short but the effect of it lasted into his future lives.
He couldn’t seem to shake it or leave it behind.
He couldn’t understand what happened, the world didn’t make any sense, and because of that he couldn’t let it go.
He was afraid it would happen again at any moment so he could never relax or feel safe.
We talked about what had happened in his Past Life, so he could understand it.
We discussed the war, how sad that was and talked about what had happened and why so he could understand it.
I reminded him that it had happened a long time ago.
Then he told me that he remembered his current present day person, she was the woman he’d known in that lifetime.
And he felt terrified that she would suddenly die again like she did back then.
My client was in tears.
She confessed that she had always felt like she’d known Max from before but couldn’t place when or how they’d known each other.
She also clearly remembered that lifetime as Max brought it to our awareness and described it.
And we did the deep healing needed so they could leave the past behind, from the SOUL level, evolve and grow.
Together they created a sanctuary of safety, a garden of peace and tranquility.
And Max was forever afterward changed into a more confident kitty, recovering his health.
Mystery solved.
