Scheduling An Appointment
We are happy to announce a new self-scheduling feature.
Now there is no longer the need to send an email to us to determine available appointment times. Once you process your payment an email will immediately be sent to you with a link to our on-line appointment scheduler. You can choose a time that works best for you! It's just that easy!

If you live outside of the United States Skype may be used for consultation calls at no cost. It is a free and easy to use computer-based phone system that allows people to connect to each other from their computers from anywhere in the world. Simply visit www.skype.com to download your free software program and to create your skype account. Once you have created your account simply give Val your Skype ID and she will initiate the phone call at the scheduled time. (You will need a microphone for your computer, an inexpensive one works fine!) Val's Skype ID is Val.Heart.

You will then need to fill out the Questionnaires. Print and fill out one for you and one for your animal, then fax or mail them back when you're done. Instructions are on the Form. Questionnaires and pictures should be sent to Val no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Send Val a picture of the animals -- email or snail mail is fine. They don't need to be glamour shots, just pictures you like of them. She would like to see their face/head at a minimum, and their body if possible.
Val charges only for her time, not by the animal, so she can work with/talk to as many animals as you'd like and have time for. She accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express, checks, or money orders if paid in advance. First sessions are 1 hour, follow up sessions may be 1/2 hour depending on the issues and what's needed to resolve the problem(s).
Recording your Session: Digital Audio Recordings session are also available for an additional $10 charge.
NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY: Your scheduled appointment purchases my time. If you don't show up for your appointment, you still owe me for my time. If you need to reschedule, please give me a minimum of 2 business days (my business days are Tues - Sat) notice so that I can offer your time to someone else.
